The Agriculture Strategy Manager will implement The Nature Conservancy’s agricultural initiatives in Wisconsin, working closely with the agriculture sector on issues related to water quality, soil health and natural climate solutions. The Manager will work closely with other staff to define and implement the Wisconsin Chapter’s agriculture strategy through engagement with farmers and local and regional members of the agricultural sector and conservation partners in TNC’s project areas. They will integrate Wisconsin Chapter activities with the regional and global strategies of North America Agriculture, Mississippi Basin Project, Midwest Division and other teams that interact with agriculture sector stakeholders. Salary range for this position begins at $54,000 and depends on experience. The location of this position is flexible, but proximity to Madison, WI is preferred. Consideration will be given to placement in other office locations including East Troy, WI or Sturgeon Bay, WI.
