Course Description

In this course, students will be introduced to the dynamic and emerging transdisciplinary field of sustainability, including sustainability science and education. This course will provide students with a broad survey of the global sustainability science challenges and their potential solutions using an integrated social-ecological systems approach.

As a class, we will have a sustainability and systems thinking lens on various topics, such as environmental science, economics, sustainable development, and social equity.
