With stops including governmental, nonprofit, and nature organizations, you’ll spend the day learning about an array of environmental careers — and making real connections with environmental leaders and Nelson alumni. - 8:15 a.m.: Depart Madison
- 10 a.m.: Stop 1 — Tour of Port Milwaukee with the Environmental Collaboration Office
- 11:30 a.m.: Stop 2 — Urban environmentalism and education at the Urban Ecology Center Washington Park (plus lunch)
- 1:45 p.m.: Stop 3 — “Careers in County and State Parks” at Havenwoods State Forest, followed by guided hikes and alumni networking reception
- 3:30 p.m.: Depart for Madison
