Course Description

This course examines methods and frameworks for quantifying environmental impacts and sustainability performance. Students will learn to apply key metrics related to energy, water, waste, greenhouse gas emissions, and resource use, with emphasis on linking measurement to decision-making in policy, industry, and community contexts.

Through case studies, applied exercises, and data analysis, students will gain hands-on experience using environmental accounting and assessment tools to evaluate real-world systems and design strategies that advance sustainable development goals.
