Just three weeks before his death this week at age 83, Harold "Bud" Jordahl, emeritus UW-Madison professor of urban and regional planning, reminisced at the Nelson Institute's Earth Day at 40 conference about his long association with Gaylord Nelson and their collaboration on the first Earth Day, in 1970.
