Mitman to discuss nature films at University Roundtable

Nelson Institute interim director Gregg Mitman will give the first University Roundtable talk of the academic year, "From Marching Penguins to Charging Buffalo: The Moral Tales of Nature Film," over the lunch hour on Wednesday, October 14, in Memorial Union's Tripp Commons. His presentation will include amusing clips from popular nature films and a preview of Tales from Planet Earth, the Nelson Institute's upcoming community and film festival. This is the first year of all-web registration for the University Roundtable luncheon series for faculty and staff members. Reservations are required. The deadline is October 7. The cost, including lunch, is $10.
