Welcome to Native Ways for Climate Adaptation’s training on climate change and traditional harvests. Traditional harvests sustain Tribal identity, and bring together culture and natural resource management. Explore how climate change awareness and adaptation is essential to your work and the communities that you serve. The videos will encourage conversation about incorporating climate change adaptation into your daily work.
Discussion is a main objective of this training. Having a dedicated facilitator or facilitators will be key to a successful learning experience for your department. Groups of at least three people are preferred to complete this training. Larger groups are encouraged. The larger your group, the more perspectives you will hear.
