Notaro named associate director of Center for Climatic Research

Michael Notaro

Michael Notaro has been named the associate director of the Nelson Institute Center for Climatic Research (CCR). Notaro is an associate scientist in CCR and has been with the center since 2002. Notaro's core research areas include vegetation-climate interactions, regional and global climate modeling, and the impacts of climate change in Wisconsin and globally. He has a strong tradition of service to CCR and to the state of Wisconsin, particularly under the Wisconsin Initiative on Climate Change Impacts to plan state-level adaptation to projected climate change.
