Nelson Institute professor Cal DeWitt and Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute associate director Jim Hurley were accredited observers in December at the 2010 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Cancun, Mexico. Hurley, an honorary fellow with the Nelson Institute, offers a few impressions of the experience in a video produced by the Sea Grant Institute.
