Potter Distinguished Graduate Fellowship

This fellowship provides partial support for graduate students in the Nelson Institute who choose to conduct ecological research at the 360-acre Howard I. Potter Preserve in the Baraboo Hills north of Madison, now owned by the Aldo Leopold Foundation. It was made possible by a gift from the estate of Howard Potter, the first president of the UW Foundation, and matching funds from the Wisconsin Distinguished Graduate Fellowship Program. For further details, contact Jim Miller, 70 Science Hall, (608) 263-4373.
