Trek Bike Giveaway
Trek Bicycle will award a Trek 7.2 FX bike to one attendee at the Nelson Institute's sixth annual Earth Day conference. Participants will be entered in the bike drawing by registering for and checking in at the conference. The winner will be selected by a random drawing of all eligible conference attendees on Tuesday, April 17.

Rules for Participation
To participate in the Trek Bicycle Drawing, participants must register for and check in at the Earth Day conference on April 16.
One winner will receive a Trek 7.2 FX bike, manufacturer's suggested retail price of $549.99.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees of the University of Wisconsin System are not eligible to receive the prize unless their employment is incidental (such as a student employee) to the awarding of the prize.
HOW TO CLAIM PRIZE: The winner will be determined through a random drawing of all eligible entries on April 17. Participants do not have to be present at the drawing to win.
The winner will notified by April 18. If the prize winner is unable to be contacted or is unable to accept the prize, an alternate winner will be selected. Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of valid entries received.
Trek Bicycle will ship the prize directly to the winner's address.
GENERAL: By participating in this contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judge. The prize may not be transferred or assigned prior to award of prize and no substitutions are allowed, except by the contest sponsors, due to prize unavailability. Cash will not be rewarded in lieu of stated prize. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state or local taxes.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, address (city/state) and/or likeness in advertising, promotion and public relations efforts, and winner grants the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies and the University of Wisconsin all rights to said use, without additional compensation.
Winners agree that the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies and the University of Wisconsin and their advertising, promotions, distribution, and judging agencies, affiliates and employees shall have no liability in connection with acceptance, operation, or use of the prizes awarded. The drawing is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
