Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing program related programs and efforts of the Focus on Energy Program, including the Chains and Franchises program, Business Incentive Program and Multifamily Comprehensive and DI program. This position serves as the primary client liaison to Shaw Environmental and Infrastructure (the Focus on Energy administrator). This position will also be responsible for building a team and leading Program Managers and staff in delivering world class utility energy efficiency programs, building and managing relations with key clients, and guiding the effort to deliver exceptional results to our clients. In addition, the Regional Director will be responsible for the financial results of all contracts in the region, working with Program Managers, and for properly staffing local program offices in a rapidly growing organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
·Provide managerial oversight and leadership to the Focus Program Managers and staff that are assigned to the Focus on Energy program.
·Supervise and provide support to the organizational development and training efforts within the Focus group.
·Manage contracts and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
·Assist Program Managers in the setting and management of budgets.
·Monitor business metrics and insure that they are met including, budgets, goals, safety, productivity, and quality and others to be determined.
·Evaluate the results of each Focus program quarterly and report these results to the executive team in the quarterly update meetings.
·Support staff to ensure the company is operating at the highest level of performance.
·Coordinate efforts with our voluntary programs in the state of Wisconsin.

·Work with Human Resources to monitor and advise Managers in the progressive discipline system of the company. Monitors the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees.
·Provide a professional appearance appropriate for a representative of Franklin Energy.
·Meet or exceed production, revenue, and margin expectations by successfully executing programs that build client relationships and result in additional business for Franklin Energy.
·Financial oversight responsibility for program contracts that Franklin Energy manages.
·Support Franklin Energy’s business development efforts by preparing and presenting proposals, and responding to RFP's and RFQ's.
·Develop and maintain working relationships with Franklin Energy peers, program partners, and colleagues on other project teams.
·Monitor operations to recognize trends, opportunities to enhance procedures, identify potential problems, or other factors that might impact production or performance with an eye toward optimizing program results.
·Develop and maintain critical program documents including annual work plans for goal achievement, program operations manuals, contract summaries, marketing plans and program tools.
·Ensure regular monitoring of program cost effectiveness from measure to program level for each Focus on Energy program.
·Proactively work with program administrator to engage program evaluators and provide information and documentation of program approach to support appropriate evaluation.
Position Requirements
·4-year college degree required and a minimum of 10 years of energy efficiency industry experience (or equivalent).
-Preferred Engineering degree or advance degree.
·7-10 years of related experience required.
·Experience in managing and building high level utility relationships.
·Demonstrated experience in managing multi-million dollar contracts, key account client relationships, business development, and staff and resource management.
·Previous P&L responsibilities.
·Experience leading a team, motivating employees and generating results in an environment of multiple locations.
·CEM or LEED AP preferred.
·Strong writing skills
·Must be able to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast paced environment.
-Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and have an ability to prioritize workload.
-Ability to identify and resolve project application issues with customers and trade allies.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
Travel Requirements ·Regionally 50-75% includes some overnight travel.
