Responsibilities:
When you join us as a Sustainability Manager, Energy, Water and Transparency you will:

Work with subject matter experts to create a consistent account of our improvements to date and our future plans

Work closely with key stakeholders to establish the key metrics that will help us deliver our carbon, energy, water efficiency and water risk goals

Collaborate with the energy and water leadership teams in each brewery to identify key activities that will improve energy and water metrics
See to it that the leadership teams have everything they need to deliver on their commitments

Effectively represent Molson Coors in industry and governmental bodies and build our reputation as a leader in the field of environment, health and safety

For the position of Sustainability Manager, Energy, Water and Transparency we are looking for someone with a degree-level education (or equivalent) in engineering and a detailed knowledge of utilities management and efficiency improvement. The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels is a must, and we’ll need to see change delivery experience in a multi-site engineering or environmental role.
